Ingredients: Beta-alanine (as CarnoSyn^®), acidity regulator (citric acid)^2,4,5, L-histidine, flavouring^2,3, colour (E150c)³, flavourings^4,5, red beet concentrate^2,5, acidity regulator (citric acid)³, anti-caking agent (silicum dioxide) 2,3,4,5, colour (E160a)⁴, sweetener (sucralose)^2,3,4,5, red beet concentrate⁴, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).

Recommended use: Mix 4 g¹, 5 g^2,3,4,5 of powder (about ½ scoop) with 150-200 ml of water. Drink 30 minutes before exercise.
